All events can be found using the comprehensive search function under “Trade fairs and events”.
You can access “All events from A to Z” using the search window in the upper right corner of each page.
Click on the name of the event or the logo to call up a brief description of the event in question.
You may also use the general “Search” function in the menu area on the left.

On the Internet: You can call up information for exhibitors, visitors or journalists at the website of the event in question. The website can be called up using the search function under “events”.
Information materials for the various fairs may be ordered by telephone, fax or e-mail.
The Internet: The exact opening hours can be found on the website of the event in question via the function “All events from A to Z” at the upper right or under “Trade fairs and events”.

Online catalogues or exhibitor and industry directories are available for download on the websites of the respective events.
On the Internet: Information about related special events, conferences and congresses is available on the website of the trade fair in question. In most cases, it can be found under “Related-events program”.

“Restricted admission” trade fairs are only open to a select group of trade representatives. The Exhibitor Advisory Board determines who belongs to the group of trade visitors and how they will officially register for the fair. Trade visitors are only permitted to register if they can provide proof that they are a member of the branches of industry being admitted to the fair.
These fairs and exhibitions are only open to a select group of trade visitors. The branches of industry that are admitted are listed on the websites of the events in question.
Registering for fairs and exhibitions
Visitors may register online 2-3 months before the beginning of the fair on the website for the respective fair (not possible for all trade fairs). If you register in advance, you save time otherwise spent waiting in line when you arrive at the fair.
Registering for “restricted admission” trade fairs
To register for “restricted admission” trade fairs, visitors must prove that they belong to one of the sectors being admitted to the event in question. Additional information is available at the events.
In a directive transmitted per e-mail in July 2013, the German Foreign Office has informed the German Embassy and Consulate Visa Sections all over the world that in general, an official invitation letter from the trade fair organizer is no longer required when applying for a trade fair visa (see website AUMA). Moreover, visa fees are waived for exhibitors at German trade fairs (see website of the Federal Foreign Office).
When applying for your visa, simply refer to this information. In case the visa section responsible for issuing your visa should nonetheless request that an official invitation letter be presented, please send an e-mail to: visaservice@messe-muenchen.de
Additional information about visa procedures, requirements for the issue of visas, visa fees and application forms are available in different languages on the webpage “Visa requirements” of the Foreign Office, as well as the respective websites of the embassies and consulates.
To ensure you obtain your visa before the trade fair starts, we recommend that you submit your visa application in due time. Applications can be made as early as three months before the time of entry.
Exhibitors can have a coupon/e-couponsent to their customers. Visitors who have a guest ticket/e-guest ticket are admitted to the fair free of charge. The exhibitor pays the price of admission. Whether this service is offered varies depending on the event.
At trade fairs where admission is restricted to trade representatives, visitors may only redeem their coupon/e-coupon if they belong to the group of trade representatives being admitted to the fair and can provide appropriate proof.
You can enter the particular Event with a Print@home ticket. Whether this service is offered varies depending on the event.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the Trade Fair Center Messe München, at the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München, CCN – Conference Center North Messe München or the MOC – Event Center Messe München. The exceptions are assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs for the blind).

Exhibition Venue
The exhibition center features ample parking space for attendees. Our dynamic traffic control system will direct you to free parking spaces. Disabled parking spaces are located near the entrances. For detailed information, refer to “Getting there”.
During the f.re.e and bauma shows, you may use the recreation vehicle (RV) parking site. Further information is available on the website of the respective event, or call the central hotline at +49 89 949-20720.
In any case, Messe München's dynamic traffic control system will guide you to the designated parking areas during events.
ICM – International Congress Center Messe München
Parking options and opening hours as well as switching of the traffic control system will be determined depending on the event. For passenger cars and vans, the parking rates for trade fairs apply.
Taxi stands are located at all open entrances to Messe München and in front of the ICM – International Congress Center Messe München.

Wheel chairs are available at the entrances to the event in question. We recommend calling the hotline number for the event you are attending to make a reservation.
At the MOC – Event Center Messe München you will find barrier-free entrances, elevators and toilet facilities, as well as barrier-free parking spaces (charges apply).

Deliveries by freight forwarder / courier
During the fair, delivery vehicles may enter the trade-fair center through the gate nearest to the exhibitor's hall. Generally, a deposit is required for stays of up to one hour. The amount varies depending on the event.
ICM
At ICM deliveries during an event are only possible by arrangement with the organiser and a gate on the trade fair grounds is only going to be open after booking of the organiser.
Due to liability claims that may arise, the MOC – Event Center Messe München cannot provide an acceptance service by MOC personnel. Deliveries before the respective event can be handled by Schenker Deutschland AG at the MOC – Event Center Messe München:
