Messe München extended the festival summer for the Munich deep tech start-up scene.
At the first Isar Valley Festival, Messe München provided a platform for decision makers and innovators from the deep tech scene in Munich, and enabled start-ups and decision makers to expand their network and have the opportunity to generate partnerships in the fields of AI, robotics & IT.
Dr. Reinhard Pfeiffer, CEO of Messe München, opened the Isar Valley Festival at Microsoft’s premises. Awaiting the participants was an exciting festival line-up of keynotes, master classes, a panel talk and start-up pitches. After the main program, DJ MaisonAlmedina farther increased the festival feeling for the participants. The event was moderated by Annahita Esmailzadeh, Head of Customer Success Account Manager, Microsoft.
Together with strong partners like Microsoft, Bits & Pretzels, Hyve, Plug and Play, UVC Partners and Werk1, who helped prepare the event and ensure it was a success, Messe München was able to present 14 hand-picked deep tech start-ups. All the start-ups had the opportunity to give a three-minute pitch to present their innovations to the jury made up of Marie Abicht, Team Lead Corporate Innovations Plug and Play, Christian Lohmeier, Managing Director Bits & Pretzels and Anne-Sophie-Bernard, Business Development & Innovation Manager, Messe München.
The start-up Cre[ai]tion came out on top against the strong competition and won a Messe München sponsorship. Cre[ai]tion has developed a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help designers create the best possible designs—congratulations!
