‘HEARTBEAT – the digital film premiere for bauma 2016’ has won the ‘B2B Campaign’ category of the ‘Deutscher Preis für Onlinekommunikation 2014’ (German Awards for Online Communication). Another favorite was the open innovation platform ISPO COMMUNITY in the category ‘Innovation of the Year’.
An elegantly dressed parkour runner sprints, climbs and jumps over enormous excavators, dumpers and truck tractors – he is racing through the construction machinery fair bauma 2013 in Munich, the world’s biggest trade show. In spring 2014 came the campaign which finally led to the world premiere at CONEXPO CON/AGG in Las Vegas, USA. “This phase is usually rather quiet till the next bauma 2016, so we wanted something spectacular to create awareness – and we’ve managed to do it too”, explains Georg Moller, Exhibition Director of bauma.

The campaign ‘HEARTBEAT – the digital film premiere for bauma 2016’ was conceived and realized by wob AG in Viernheim, the film is from the Munich company just gmbh audiovisuelle produktionen. One year of preparation and a storyboard with over 140 shots testify to the big expenditure on this project.
One of the top five innovations of the year – ISPO COMMUNITY
Messe München also made it into the top five for the category ‘Innovation of the Year’. ISPO COMMUNITY is the first all-year open innovation platform at a trade-show company. It makes sports business professionals and consumers into co-developers of new products and offers a year-round communication area for all market participants. The partner for the community technology and services is Voycer AG from Munich.
Der Deutsche Preis für Onlinekommunication – ‘German Awards for Online Communication’ – are organized annually by the magazine pressesprecher. 38 members of the jury from science, corporate communications and online PR nominate and select the winners in 37 categories. In 2014, 500 entries were submitted; the award presentation took place on May 21 at a gala at Kino International in Berlin.
